Executive & Leadership Coaching

Something in your leadership can’t continue as it is.

I’m Bryce Thomason. I built five companies and made the money, and none of it made me happy. Today I run a nonprofit in Atlanta, so I know the weight you’re carrying, and I coach leaders out of urgency into something that lasts.

Where This Usually Starts

Small adjustments have stopped working.

You’re carrying complexity that doesn’t have clean answers, and making decisions that land on people who are counting on you. Somewhere in there, the pace stopped being something you chose.

Most of the leaders I work with aren’t struggling. They’re competent, committed, and quietly running on an urgency they can’t put down.

This is where I work.

The urgency that got you here doesn’t switch off on its own. That isn’t a character flaw. It’s a pattern, and patterns can change.

My approach starts with slowing down enough to hear what’s underneath the noise. From there we work on the patterns shaping your choices, which is usually where the real decisions are getting made without you noticing.

Most of what you need is already there. The work is clearing enough room to reach it.

More About Bryce

I’m still doing the job I coach people through.

I serve as Executive Director of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta, and I’m trained in Presence-Based® Coaching. I’m not coaching from the far side of a career I left behind. I’m carrying a real leadership load right now, which is why I know what urgency costs and why I don’t romanticize slowing down.

Is This Coaching Right For You?

You may be in the right place if…

You’re in the middle of complexity or a major transition.

You want clarity about purpose or direction.

You carry significant responsibility or decision-making weight.

You feel pulled between wellbeing and obligation.

You’re ready to shift from over-functioning into trust.

You sense the next chapter of your leadership requires a different way of being.

Most leaders I work with run nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You don’t have to. What matters is the pattern you’re carrying.
