Executive Coaching Partnership

The Centered Leadership Partnership

A six-month coaching partnership for leaders carrying decisions that matter, in seasons when steadiness is hard to come by.

We’ll slow the pace enough to see clearly, then work on the patterns shaping your leadership until the new ones hold under pressure.

Is This Coaching Right For You?

You may be in the right place if…

You’re in the middle of complexity or a major transition.

You want clarity about purpose or direction.

You carry significant responsibility or decision-making weight.

You feel pulled between wellbeing and obligation.

You’re ready to shift from over-functioning into trust.

You want to lead with presence and authenticity.

You’re seeking sustainable rhythms beyond cycles of burnout.

You sense the next chapter of your leadership requires a different way of being.

Most of the leaders I work with run nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. Plenty don’t. If that list sounds like your life, the sector matters less than the pattern.

Outcomes

What you’ll gain through our work together.

Leaders I work with usually notice the change first in how they respond, not in what they get done. Over time it reaches past the task list and into how they lead and how they live.

Greater clarity about priorities and purpose

A more grounded presence in high-stakes moments

Healthier boundaries rooted in values

A shift from urgency into intentionality

Increased resilience and emotional steadiness

More trust in yourself and your team

Sustainable habits that support wellbeing

Courage to choose what truly matters

Common Questions

Questions leaders often ask

What is Presence-Based® Coaching?

Presence-Based® Coaching is a developmental approach that helps leaders lead from a steadier center rather than from urgency. It integrates embodied presence, narrative, and systems thinking, and it’s built for the moments when the path forward isn’t obvious. The work changes how you meet complexity and how you carry responsibility. Tactics are the smaller part of it.

Who is the Centered Leadership Partnership for?

It’s for leaders and change-makers carrying significant responsibility who sense that what brought them this far won’t carry them through what comes next. That often includes executives, nonprofit and mission-driven leaders, founders, and people in a season of transition. The common thread is someone who’s competent and committed, often over-functioning, and ready to lead from purpose.

What does moving from performance to purpose actually mean?

It means shifting from leading by pushing harder to leading from a deeper center. From urgency to intentionality. From over-functioning to trust. Most accomplished leaders built their careers on competence and drive, but that same pattern eventually costs them their steadiness. You’ll still care as much and do as much. You’ll be leading from what matters most, and that’s what keeps the work sustainable.

How do I know if I am over-functioning as a leader?

Over-functioning usually looks like carrying more than is yours to carry: holding everything together, bracing against uncertainty, and staying in motion because slowing down feels unsafe. From the outside it can look like high performance. The signals are internal, a sense that you can’t put anything down, that the weight keeps growing, and that competence has quietly become a trap.

Do you work with nonprofit and mission-driven leaders?

Yes. Much of my work is with leaders in nonprofit, social-impact, and mission-driven settings, and I understand that world from the inside. I serve as an Executive Director myself, and my background spans social justice organizations, community organizing, and ministry. I know what it costs to lead from urgency under mission pressure, and how to help you lead sustainably without losing the impact that matters to you.

How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching is forward-focused and developmental. Therapy attends to healing and the past. Consulting hands you an expert’s answers. Coaching is a partnership that helps you bring more awareness, choice, and steadiness to how you lead and live. My role is to help you access the clarity and presence you already carry, especially in the moments that feel unclear.

What does the Centered Leadership Partnership include?

The Centered Leadership Partnership is a six-month, one-on-one engagement of twelve sessions, held every two to three weeks, along with presence-informed practices, leadership frameworks, and brief support between sessions. It’s a sustained relationship built around your real situation. Three values-based tiers keep the same depth of partnership accessible at different levels of investment.

What is the investment?

I offer a values-based sliding scale with three tiers. The scale reflects who’s funding the work and whether you’re in a position to help extend access to others. Every tier includes the same depth, tools, and partnership. Because fit and investment are best considered together, we talk through both in a discovery call rather than beginning with a number.

What training and experience do you bring?

My practice is grounded in Presence-Based® Coaching. I completed the PBC Core Training and Mentor Coaching in February 2026 and am currently completing PBC’s advanced six-month, ICF Level 2 accredited certification. Alongside the methodology, I bring nearly 30 years of leading organizations through complexity and change, across executive leadership, social justice nonprofits, community organizing, ministry, and digital strategy. I coach from lived experience, not theory.

How do we begin?

We begin with a conversation. If something here resonates with where you are, I’d be honored for you to reach out and start with a discovery call. It’s a chance to explore whether this is the right fit for you.

Ready to explore what this could look like for you?

Let’s explore what might be possible, together. There’s no expectation or timeline here.
